Returns
At Bubbalino, every order is double checked before dispatch. If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, it can be returned for exchange when contact is made within 10 days of your order and the goods are unused and still in their original, undamaged packaging. We want you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to ensure it however, refunds and exchanges are always at our discretion.
If you simply change your mind about a product, you can return the item for an exchange, minus the postage charge.
Faulty Goods
We are very careful about making sure all our items are of the highest quality, however, if your item is faulty, we will be happy to replace it. Cost of return postage is at the discretion of Bubbalino.
If you have a damaged item, we firstly need to ensure that it has been cared for in the appropriate manner. It is very important to read and follow the care instructions which come with your garment. If these are not adhered to, your warranty is void.
Sale items are not refundable or exchangeable, unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.
Lost Items
Loss or damage to items during post is very rare. If you think your item has been lost or damaged in the post, please contact us immediately, and we will work out the best way to resolve the issue.
