New Zealand Deliveries

All New Zealand orders are delivered by courier, unless you request an alternative method. Deliveries are made on a business day to business day basis. Once your order has been dispatched, it should be delivered overnight for North & South Island addresses.  Please allow up to 3 additional days for delivery to rural addresses.

International Deliveries

We are happy to send orders internationally. Deliveries are sent using NZ Post and the cost is calculated at the checkout.  Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken, please contact us for insurance prices.

The delivery time for international orders is 5-15 working days. Any additional taxes or duties that are incurred within the recipients’ country are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and another when it has been dispatched. Please ensure you provide a valid and frequently accessed email address. If you do not receive an email reply within 24 hours, please ensure you have checked your junk mail folder and/or log in to your Bubbalino Account to confirm your order status on line.
